Description

Quwa Boost Solutions is a professional training organisation whose registered office is located at 10 rue du four, 21400 Charrey-sur-Seine.

Purpose and scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale set out the conditions applicable to
training services provided by Quwa Boost Solutions on behalf of a customer.
Any training order placed with the company implies unreserved acceptance by the customer of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
These terms and conditions take precedence over any other document issued by the customer, and in particular over any general terms and conditions of purchase.

Quotations and certificates

For each training course, Quwa Boost Solutions undertakes to provide the customer with a
quotation to the customer. The customer must return one copy to the company
dated, signed and stamped with the words ‘Good for agreement’. At the

Prices and payment terms

The prices of the training courses are indicated in euros exclusive of tax and are subject to
VAT at the current rate. Payment must be made 15 days before the course, on receipt of the
receipt of invoice, in cash. Invoices are paid by bank transfer.

Covered costs

If the customer is eligible for funding from an Organisme Paritaire Collecteur
(OPCO), they must apply for funding before the start of the course.
The customer must provide the funding agreement when registering. In the event that
Quwa Boost Solutions has not received the funding agreement from the OPCO by the
1st day of the course, the customer will be billed for the full cost of the course.

Conditions for postponing and cancelling a training session

The customer may cancel their participation in a training session up to
one month before the scheduled date, however, no refund will be made.
Instead, the customer will receive a voucher enabling them to attend another training session within one year of the date of cancellation.
For all cancellations, the customer must send notification by email to contact@quwaboostsolutions.com at least one month before the date and time scheduled
for the course.
The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of signing the training contract, without having to provide any justification. To exercise this right, the customer must
send notification by e-mail to contact@quwaboostsolutions.com within 14 days of signing the contract. In this case, all payments made by the customer will be reimbursed within 30 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
However, once the 14-day period has elapsed, if the customer wishes to cancel their
participation in a training session, the aforementioned cancellation conditions will apply.
In the event of non-performance of its obligations as a result of unforeseen events or emergency situations, Quwa Boost Solutions may not be held liable. Customers will be informed by email.

Training programme

If the instructor deems it necessary, they may modify the content of the training courses
depending on the dynamics of the group or the level of the participants. The content of the
programmes shown on the presentation sheets are provided for information purposes only.

Intellectual property and copyrights

Training material in any form (paper, digital, electronic, etc.) is protected by intellectual property and copyright.
They may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, without the express agreement of the company. The customer agrees not to use, distribute or reproduce all or part of these documents for the purposes of organising or running training courses.

Data protection

The personal information provided by the customer to Quwa Boost Solutions is used to process the registration and to create a customer file for marketing purposes. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, customers have the right to access, rectify and object to any personal data concerning them.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute between Quwa Boost Solutions and the customer, the search for an amicable solution will be preferred. Should this not be possible, the case will be brought before the competent court.
